Booking requests can be submitted via the electronic booking request on this website, by phone or e-mail
If the guest apartment is available for the requested date, you will receive a written confirmation
A deposit of 20% of the total amount is payable immediately upon receipt of the booking confirmation
The remaining payment is due 21 days before arrival
For short-term bookings (within 21 days before arrival), payment is made immediately upon receipt of invoice
Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer or Paypal
Deposit for utilities on arrival:
Utilities (water, electricity and heating) are charged according to consumption. A utility deposit will be charged upon arrival. The amount of the deposit depends on the number of nights booked. At the time of departure, we apply the utility deposit to the actual consumption.
Cancellations:
In case of cancellation, a part of the agreed accommodation price is due as compensation.
The amount of compensation depends on the time until the day of arrival and is as follows:
up to 21 days before the day of arrival 20% of the agreed price
up to 15 days before the day of arrival 50% of the agreed price
up to 10 days before the day of arrival 80% of the agreed price
up to 7 days before the day of arrival 95% of the agreed price
Cancellation must be made in writing. The conclusion of a travel cancellation insurance is recommended.

The comfort of our guests is an important concern for us. We would like to point out that the architectural basis for a barrier-free guest apartment is not given.

Policies
Our guest apartment is prepared for non-smoking guests. Please be lenient with your lungs, our facility as well as future guests. Please do not smoke in the guest apartment - or on the balcony - while making it your home. If you smoke in the guest apartment we will charge you a cleaning fee of 200.00 Euro. We hope you will respect the fact that many people have severe allergies, and expect non-smoking guest apartments to be just that. Thank you for not smoking.
There is of course an ashtray available for all smokers on the terrace in the garden area.
