Price overview for the use of the guest apartment
- Price per night for 2 persons from € 84,00 per night
- Utilities (water, electricity and heating)* based on consumption
- Cleaning fee € 80,00 per stay
*Deposit for utilities
Utilities (water, electricity and heating) are charged according to consumption. A utility deposit will be charged upon arrival. The amount of the deposit depends on the number of nights booked. At the time of departure, we apply the utility deposit to the actual consumption.
The cleaning fee is charged with the first overnight stay.
From the 3rd person applies:
Each additional person will be charged € 27,00 / per night.
No other costs
Bed linen and towels are included. Additionally included is a complete hygiene basic equipment with toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tabs and garbage bags.
Car parking space rent, additional fees for the use of the washing machine and costs for the WLAN Internet are not charged.

- Extra towels* € 5,50 per set
* Extras can be booked before arrival or at short notice during your stay.
